It is the goal of Fairton Christian Center Academy (FCCA) to assist parents in the spiritual training and instruction of their children as an extension of the Christian home. The effective teaching of spiritual truth requires reinforcement from the home and church.
FCCA requires the following to enroll a student:
- Faith – At least one parent or legal guardian express a personal, saving (born-again) faith and relationship with Jesus Christ as described in John 3:3 and Romans 10:9.
-
Character – Though salvation is not a pre-requisite for admission for students, we seek to enroll students who will exhibit the biblical values of care and concern for others in our school community as well as demonstrate enthusiasm for the learning process. Students are encouraged to regularly attend their home church services.
-
Conduct – Students from other schools must have a good conduct record and have put forth acceptable effort academically to be admitted. Students seeking admission following suspension, expulsion, or severe behavior problems will not be allowed into the school. In some cases, student may be required to complete an initial period of FCCA home school instruction.
-
Enrollment – Enrollment packets must be completed with a signed acknowledgement form. The form states that parents and student are in agreement with the contents of our Academy Handbook. The enrollment packet also includes a recommendation form that is completed by your pastor.
-
Immunizations – Immunization records must be compliant with NJ Department of Health regulations. Students who have not received the required immunizations must have a parent letter to request exemption.
-
Graduation – FCCA utilizes an Accelerated Christian Education curriculum. High School Students will need to be able to complete a required amount of work each year in order to graduate.
