Admissions Procedures – Fairton Christian Center Academy

Thank you for your interest in Fairton Christian Center Academy. We appreciate the opportunity to introduce you to our academically challenging, Christ-centered school.

Admission is open to students of any race, color, and national or ethnic origin who are looking for a Christian environment with an emphasis on teaching Biblical principles and truths along with strong academics.

NEXT STEPS

Step	Enrollment Process	Instructions
1	Submit Enrollment Packet	Parents interested in FCCA may pick up an enrollment packet from our main office. The enrollment packet includes a student application, pastor recommendation form, and a disciplinary/academic release of records form. Return the completed packet, signed by both parents, to the FCCA office.
2	Initial Conference	The enrollment packet will be reviewed by the Superintendent. The parents will then be contacted to meet with the Superintendent. The Superintendent will meet with the parents and student. Parents will receive a tour of the Academy.
3	Second Conference	If necessary, the parents and student will meet with the Superintendent and the board for a second conference.
4	Testing	The student will be assigned a date for testing. Testing allows FCCA to confirm the academic levels of the student. After an evaluation of the test results, a conference will be scheduled with the teacher and Superintendent.
5	Enrollment	Once the student’s academic plan is confirmed, the student will be enrolled and given a start date.
6	Parent Orientation	All new parents are required to attend Parent Orientation on the scheduled dates.
7	Probationary Period	A probationary period of six (6) weeks for all new students is required for final placement in FCCA.
